The minimum gross household monthly income is 2X the applicant's net monthly rent.
Housing choice vouchers (Section 8) and VASH vouchers are accepted. If the voucher covers 100% of rent, then the minimum income requirement is $200. (Guarantors cannot cover this $200 minimum income threshold.)
Households consisting entirely of full-time students are NOT eligible unless they meet one of the five exceptions, click here to learn more.

Because these are microunit apartments (270 SF), for the health and safety of residents, each apartment is limited to two (2) persons.
